This is 2020 and in numerology that makes it the Universal Year 4. The number four implies limitation but it also stands for the building of a solid foundation. Like the four legs on a table, it can make things sturdy. Yes, that may take some hard work and concentrated effort, but the payoff is achieving stability which can lead to endurance in whatever area of life it’s applied.
The outstanding qualities of this number are the abilities of organization, devotion, dignity, trust, and loyalty. However, one must apply oneself to the work, learn to stay put, and devote oneself to duty without feeling resentment.
Four is the number of the builder who brick by brick, taking one’s time, making sure everything is done correctly and precisely, creates something that is enduring.
While it is true that this can cause limitation, particularly in one’s life, the trick is to not become dull from being so focused on your goal that you cease to interact, understand what is going on around you or even to understand the people around you.
If you would like stability and a solid foundation in your life, this could be your year, if you’re willing to put some effort and hard work into it.
It could begin with the Full Moon in Leo that will be happening on Sunday, February 9th at 2:33 a.m. EST. Full Moons are good for ridding yourself of those things that no longer serve you or that may be holding you back from where you really want to go on your journey through this life.
With the Moon in Leo, a barren fire sign, “pulling weeds” is very successful, whether in a real garden or the garden that grows inside each of us. To pull “weeds” in a barren sign means they have less chance of returning.
Leo, ruled by the Sun, is about success, taking center-stage, taking the lead, being independent, being ambitious, moving past limitations and restrictions. In other words, this Full Moon is offering you the chance to really become self-empowered.
With the Sun in Aquarius, there is an active intellectual energy to tap along with a lively imagination. Both will help to achieve great things provided a person doesn’t get caught up in the self-dramatization that can happen when one doesn’t receive the recognition, attention, or appreciation that one feels they deserve.
There’s a lot of possibilities for achievement and advancement in a person’s life with this Full Moon.
One week later, on Sunday, February 16th, Mars enters Capricorn at 6:33 a.m. EST creating energies where you may find yourself wanting advancement and recognition whether in work, a relationship, or just in Life in general.
For some who are affected by these energies, they may find when they get angry their coldness is enough to freeze everything in their path. There’s also the possibility of losing sight of the rights of others and thus end up using people for the sake of that advancement and recognition.
For most, however, to tap into these energies can provide the ability to be ambitious, a good organizer, and to work hard with integrity and perseverance. It’s highly motivating for those seeking success, especially in the area of ones career.
A placement that can take you far, if applied in a positive manner.
Mercury just entered Pisces on February 3rd. Now, on Sunday, February 16th, Mercury will go retrograde at 7:54 p.m. EST. creating possible confusion in the conscious mind. Some of this comes from a problem of separating mental energies from intuition. Getting lost in imagination, thoughts, and fantasies, a person can become out of contact with the sharpness of reality. This can leave a person with the feeling that others just don’t understand the ideas that they’re trying to express. The problem may lie that what you know and understand is simply beyond words to express and allow others to understand.
Realizing that the retrograde motion of any planet is trying to tell us about possible past life circumstances and unfinished work, this may be the result of a past incarnation where great desperation in thought was experienced. Creating circumstances that allow you to re-enact this would also allow you to finally find the solution that you’ve been seeking.
This feeling of desperation can cause some to feel they may not be truly worthy of other people’s acceptance or, ultimately, to wonder if the values of social acceptance represent any reality at all. Perhaps the real lesson here is to quit trying to explain yourself. There will be those who will take the time to understand and those are your people.
Can it be that the Sun is ready to move into Pisces already? Well, ready or not, it will be taking place on Tuesday, February 18th, at 11:57 p.m. EST.
Pisces has been called the most fluid sign of the zodiac. It is a water sign after all and it is a mutable sign (the last sign in a season just before the shift into the next season). While making it somewhat unstable, it also gives the ability to easily drift through change.
Being a mutable water sign also makes it the most sensitive of signs. The emotions are deep and strong and cause people to be impressionable, too susceptible to outside influence. They operate more on an intuitive level and this creates a need to withdraw from people, places and situations to regain and maintain a sense of equilibrium.
The upside of these energies is that they are often kind, compassionate, sympathetic, receptive, intuitive, and humble. The other side of this coin is that it can cause people to be vague, indecisive, secretive, and careless.
Trying to understand the energies or those affected by them can’t be done with logic. One has to use sympathy and caring to even begin to understand. If you are a Pisces or have Pisces strong in your chart (such as your Ascendant, Moon, or a number of planets in Pisces), know that looking at things from a higher, more spiritual perspective, will give you the best advantage to finding the answers you seek in your life.
During this transit of the Sun, this holds true for most of us. It’s a time to pay attention to your intuition and your dreams. The mundane will just not hold any keys to what we seek until we seek from that higher, more spiritual perspective. We have an opportunity here to get to know our True Self/Higher Self and begin to operate from that perspective to improve our lives.
Wishing you two weeks of enlightenment, success, and adventure!
