For those of us in the northern hemisphere, the Earth now begins to awaken as it becomes warmed by the Sun. Maybe that’s part of the reason the skies are about to get busy.
It begins with a New Moon, movers to a time change, then comes the Vernal Equinox, and mixed in are a couple of planets changing signs. All are good for new beginnings.
That seems right as this time of the year used to be viewed as the “new year” when we were a more agricultural society. This is when crops are planted, new growth begins, and a highly anticipated harvest is awaited. Back then, the success of the crops meant the difference between the continuation of Life for we humans or, should the crops fail, possible starvation and death.
Even with the convenience of grocery stores, the crops still need to succeed in order for us to be able to feed ourselves and our loved ones. But that holds true for other forms of “sustenance” whether you’re talking love, health, or finances. That’s what makes this time of the year so important. What seeds will you plant for your own growth and continuing life? Watch the planets, they may hole a clue.
