The Journey Continues – Heaven Is Within Reach!

Healing So, did you check out the Donna Eden video or any of the other energy medicine videos on YouTube? Did you try any of the exercises?  Well, I’ve got a story to share with you!

A friend who I’ve been talking to for some time about Energy Medicine did check out the videos and has started to use the Five Minute Daily Energy Routine along with a few other exercises.  Here’s what happened:  She had a dentist appointment to have a couple of teeth pulled and stitches were placed in her gum.  She went back in a week to have them taken out, having continued doing the energy work, and the dentist was beyond surprised, telling her that, if he didn’t know better, he would swear it had been two  weeks since he pulled the teeth as well as she was healed already!  Yes, it’s true! Energy Medicine works!

So let’s continue our discussion about Triple Warmer.   You know those times when you get to feeling overwhelmed?  For me, it’s like my head wants to explode.  That’s Triple Warmer throwing you into that flight/fight/freeze mode to protect you, even when you may not need protecting.  So what can you do about it?

There’s a couple of easy methods you can do to sedate Triple Warmer that take very little time.  The first is a method called, flushing the meridian.  In this instance, we’re talking about the Triple Warmer meridian and it goes like this:
1. Breathe deeply as you place the fingers of one hand on the opposite temple.
2. Trace your fingers around your ears, down your shoulder, pulling the energy off the fourth finger (the ring finger) as you exhale.
3. Repeat on the other side and then repeat two more times on each side.

The second method Donna calls the Triple Warmer Smoothie  and just traces a portion of the meridian backward to sedate Triple Warmer.

1. Place your fingers of both hands on both temples and, as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth deeply, massage your temples.
2. On the next deep breath in, slide your fingers slowly up, around your ears, applying some pressure to the skin.
3. As you exhale through your mouth, slide your fingers down behind your ears and down the sides of your neck, still applying pressure.
4. Hang your hands on your shoulders for a moment, firmly press your fingers into your shoulders and then drag them smoothly down to the middle of your chest, coming to rest over the heart chakra with one hand on top of the other.
5. Take several deep breaths and you’re done.

I could keep going on about Triple Warmer, after all, there are ways to find out if you are allergic to food, plants, drugs and then ways to retrain your immune system so that your body will react differently to the substance that’s producing the allergy.  The fact is energy medicine will help you give Triple Warmer a much needed update so that it will stop attacking everything it hasn’t evolved to recognize as benign.  The biggest part of it is a change of attitude towards your body.  Instead of being angry because of your illness, learn to consciously work with Triple Warmer.  Just by keeping your energies crossing over and balancing them along with sedating Triple Warmer, when necessary, can make a great deal of difference in your health and well-being.

Okay, as I stated in the last article, Radian Circuits are more gentle in their methods of mobilizing your energy systems to work in harmony to promote good health.  Where Triple Warmer is like a militia, Radiant Circuits are like a mom.  It’s about working for the common good.  The logic here is that if the body’s integrity is maintained then the body is protected.

From an evolutionary standpoint, Radian Circuits have probably been around much longer than the meridians and that includes Triple Warmer.  This is based on the fact that more primitive organisms have radiant circuits but no meridians.  Radiant Circuits can travel anywhere in the body, unlike the meridians which follow a specific pathway.  Think about a particular part of your body and Radiant Circuits immediately go there.

It is thought that the Central and Governing meridians may be the evolutionary link between Radiant Circuits and the meridians because they can jump their course, like Radiant Circuits, but have established pathways like meridians.

So why should we care about our Radiant Circuits?  Well, look at it like preventive care energy medicine.  If the whole purpose of the Radiant Circuits is to get the body to work in harmony, thus protecting it from disharmony (illness), that, my friend, is enough reason for me to want to make sure they are able to do their job.  “Radiant”, after all,  denotes “shining, glowing; expressing joy, bliss; emitting energy, good health.”  Why would you not want this for yourself?

So how do you accomplish this?  Well, there are actually two very good exercises that are easy and will jump-start your Radiant Circuits: Connecting Heaven and Earth  and Heaven Rushing InConnecting Heaven and Earth goes like this:

1. Standing with your feet about shoulder-width apart, place your hands, with fingers spread, on the front of your thighs.
2. As you inhale deeply through your nose, circle your hands out to your sides (forming a sort of T with your body).
3. As you exhale through your mouth, bring your hands together in front of your heart in a prayer position.
4. As you inhale deeply through your nose again, stretch one arm high over your head, flattening the hand back (like pushing something up over your head), while you stretch the other arm down, flattening that hand (like pushing something down to the ground) and look up to the heavens tilting your head back as far as you can.  Hold that position, and the breath, as long as is comfortable.
5. Release the breath as you bring your hands together, once more, in front of your heart in the prayer position.
6. Breathe in deeply again as you switch, pushing the other arm up over your head this time, while you push the opposite arm down to the ground. Hold. Release the breath and return to the prayer position. You’ve just completed one set.
7. Repeat this twice more.
8. After the final repetition, fold your body over at the waist and allow your arms to drop .  Hang there with knees slightly bent while you take two deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
9. Slowly return to a standing position, returning your hands to your thighs and rolling your shoulders backward once.

This is a powerful stretch that brings fresh oxygen to your cells, activates the spleen, turns on your Radiant Circuits and only takes about 2 minutes!

Heaven Rushing In is another energy exercise that only takes about 2 minutes and will help you reconnect with Spirit when you’re feeling lonely or in despair or are in physical pain.  It’s very uplifting and can help you find answers that seem to be eluding you:

1. As you stand tall, place your hands on the front of your thighs with the fingers spread.
2. Take a deep breath in through your nose and feel your feet on the ground as you become conscious of your connection to Mother Earth.  As you exhale through your mouth, feel the energy pour out of your fingers, down your thighs, through your feet and into the ground.
3. As you take another deep breath in through your nose, circle your arms up and around into a prayer position in front of your chest (like you did in Connecting Heaven and Earth) and exhale through your mouth.
4. Take another deep breath in through your nose and open your arms wide as you reach and look toward the heavens. Reach toward the heavens as the heavens reach back toward you.  Exhale through your mouth.
5. Hold this position, breathing normally, as you become comfortable in the knowledge you are not alone.  There may be a tingling feeling or a buzz or you may feel heat in your hands.  You are inviting the healing energies of the Universe to come join you.
6. When you sense the time is right, scoop up this energy in your arms, bringing your hands into the middle of your chest.  “Heaven” is rushing into your heart with healing. If you don’t immediately receive guidance, know that it will unfold at the perfect time.
7. If there is a specific area of your body that needs healing, you can place your charged hands over that area, allowing the energies enter there.

Using these, combined with the Five Minute Daily Energy Routine, to me, is a most positive way to ensure better health and energy!  Try it for a while and see if you don’t notice a difference.
